COATING SOLUTION PREPERATION VESSEL WITH SPRAYING SYSTEM FOR CONVENTIONAL COATING MACHINE

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Vessel provide with or without jacket facility.
  • Vessel with drain cock( 1/2” Size )at centre of  the conical bottom.
  • Vessel with top loose openable cover and castor wheel mounted legs in plain model & electrically heated model if jacketed model & fixed legs in steam heated model.
  • Vessel having jacket ( Water Jacket OR Steam Jacket )   made from SS304 or as per customer need.
  • Jacket insulated with mineral wool & covered with SS304 or as per customer need.
  • Vessel with tank mounted stand for stirrer’s motor. Motor  mount on the stand and covered.
  • Propeller type stirrer for mixing of the solution with   variable speed facility.
  • Electrical heaters with temperature controller in  electrically heated model.
  • Operating panel provide with vessel.
  • Inside surface will be polished to the mirror finished  and outside surfaces will be matt finish in Jacketed
  • model & mirror finish in plain model.

Solution conveying pipe
